Here at OPIO we are constantly working to build and implement new features to make the platform work better for businesses and consumers.

We have been working on a way to share your customer reviews in a graphical image allowing you to update the background colours and fonts or upload your own background image. You have the ability to share reviews not only from OPIO but also your Google reviews, Facebook recommendations, and more!

Once you’ve finished editing your graphic, simply select the social platform you’ll be sharing to and download your graphic along with an optional link so your customers can view the live review.

Be sure to keep an eye out for some of the other new features we are working on such as Pinned Reviews and a review landing page to make it even easier to acquire customer reviews on all review websites.

Facebook Reviews

We already have the ability to add your Google reviews to your onsite OPIO review feed. Now we have recently added the ability to add your Facebook reviews as well! Customers who click ‘write a review’ will be sent straight to your Facebook page to make a recommendation.

New Feature: Email Review Request

OPIO is excited to announce the launch of its newest feature- the email review request! (ERR) This tool is located under your ‘review request tools’ tab in your OPIO dashboard. We created this tool to help our clients request more reviews seamlessly and automatically.
