We utilize data from your Facebook business page and posts to integrate your Facebook reviews feed into OPIO. This includes your business name, ID, overall rating, and the number of user reviews. This information is displayed in your business’s Facebook feed, showcasing rating counts and recommendations, along with the reviewer’s name and profile picture.
Additionally, we use your user information to verify that you have the necessary permissions to access the Facebook page and feed, as well as to post comments on user reviews on behalf of your business.
We use a software that receives and records the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer that has contacted our website. We make no attempt to link these addresses with the identity of individuals visiting our site.
We do not regularly use “cookies” to track how our visitors use the site. Whenever we enable “cookies” to facilitate your transactions, we will first inform you. For example, we use cookies to determine if you are logged in. Visitor information is not disclosed to anyone except OPIO App or personnel who need the information, e.g., to respond to a request.
If you would like to delete your user data with opio app, you can go to https://opioapp.com/contact and fill the contact form with your Full Name, Email address and Phone number with data deletion request in the message box and we will remove your user profile with any associated businesses and organizations. Please give us 48 hours of time to respond to your request. You will recieve a confirmation email from us once your request is fulfilled.
